Brandit's story
Brandit founder, Bridgette Moore, was faced with several family challenges that put her on a journey to find a niche business opportunity that would allow her more time flexibility at home and keep her in the construction industry, a business environment that she had been flourishing in over the prior 20 years. In her search, she saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between marketing departments versus field construction associates by developing solutions to meet their needs while offering exceptional client service.
Soon after, Bridgette saw the need for support in order to grow the business and was introduced to her Brandit business partner, Darrell Shepherd, through a mutual friend. Bridgette and Darrell’s core values in relation to family and business were aligned so they formulated a plan to launch Brandit in July 2016. The business has grown exponentially while branching out in new vertical markets since its inception and continues on a growth path despite the Covid years.

Bridgette was born and raised in Cartersville, Georgia. She has worked in the construction industry since 2003. Her passion is finding the good in everything and everyone. Bridgette enjoys fishing, cooking, sitting by a warm fire, and special times with her family and friends. She never forgets the annual trips to the Florida Panhandle!
Darrell Shepherd
Co-Founder & CFO
Darrell wears more hats than we can keep in stock! He enjoys "nerding out" on the numbers, managing our amazing growth, empowering others to reach their potential. When Darrell is out of the office, you may find him on the lake with family and friends or counting reps at the local gym.
Jim Kuni
Operations Manager
Jim, raised in New Jersey, has called Georgia "home" for years. He brings a wealth of business experience and commitment to quality to the Brandit Team. Jim is a sports fanatic. He enjoys bicycling, gym workouts, pickleball, coaching basketball, and now plays guitar with a local band "IMPROMPTU".
Kendra Crider
Executive Assistant of Sales
Kendra helps customers find, decorate, and source the SWAG items they need to succeed and motivate their team to stay safe, happy, and healthy. When Kendra is not putting smiles on customers, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, playing with her dog, and tackling home projects. Oh, and she is happiest at the beach!
Jodi Shaheen
Account Specialist
Jodi is a key member of the Brandit Team with a diverse background in Marketing and Customer Service. She prides herself in making sure people around her feel well taken care of. When not at work, Jodi enjoys photography, traveling, and time with her two kids and husband, and not to forget her three-legged dog and cat!
Chandler Lucas
Sales Account Manager
Chandler is a team member at our Brandit corporate office, he is a liaison for our corporate location and sign shop. He assists in a variety of tasks including administration, customer service and sales support, and day to day business management software processes. He enjoys all things sports from Futbol to Football and spending time with his family, friends, and his dogs.
Kelley Gullison
Embroidery Technician
Kelley has over 14 years of experience in the custom apparel industry, specializing in the operation of embroidery machines. She has a wide range of skills to produce quality end products. Outside of work, she continues to enjoy using her creative abilities, spending time with her kids and anything that involves the water whether it be the ocean, lake, or pool.
Abe White
Graphic Production Support
Abe is a team member of our graphics and sign shop. He helps run our large format department. He is fluent in large and small format finishing and has over 17 years of experience in the printing industry.
Jordan Michel
Graphic Designer
Jordan is a talented creative with a diverse design background. He’s a problem solver at heart and loves to take on challenging projects. When he’s not creating at work, he is likely creating at home. Whether it’s sculpting, drawing, or 3D printing, Jordan always has a project in the works.
Matthew Madrigal
Customer Service Representative
Matthew is a CSR in Brandit’s sign shop. He assists in a variety of tasks including sales support and day to day business management. He enjoys sports and supporting his hometown teams of the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins.
Raquel Marlow-we
Shipping, Receiving, & PPE Manager
Beckie is our resident expert in day-to-day operations, PPE management, production, QC, shipping, receiving, and assisting HR. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, fostering with Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta and playing strategic war games with her husband.
Rechie Beltran
Bookkeeper
Rechie is a very passionate and hardworking person. She loves working with numbers and her passion is not only keeping up with Brandit's books but also to help management understand their numbers to help them make wise decisions that will give a positive results that everyone in the company can benefit from. When she’s not working, Rechie loves spending time with her family, especially her newborn son C Jhay.
Benie Aguilon
Full Stack Developer
Benie is a professional website designer and developer with extensive experience. He can do magic with coding and can also bring complex designs to life. Benie is a multi-faceted employee as he also does Graphic Design. He loves to explore to new places and is always excited to eat new food so cooking is something he enjoys doing in his spare time.
Nina Salazar
Administrative Support
Nina hails from the Philippines. She's keen on details and motivated by seeing the success of the company and a good cup of iced matcha latte. When she's not at work, she enjoys going outside to read a good book, seeing what's new in the city, and trying to paint.
Faith Endencia
Administrative Support
Faith recently went full time with Brandit after working part-time as she attended school. She's a great add to the team helping with the daily activities on multiple websites. When not at work Faith likes to cafe hop, catch up on her latest read and loves chasing sunsets.
Sherrill Shepherd
Handyman, Chef, & Darrell's Dad
Sherrill wears more than one Brandit hat on his head. He’s a multi-talented contributor who fills gaps in our facilities and operations. He’s one heck of a chef and a potluck luncheon organizer, too! Rumor has it, that he raised Brandit's co-founder, Darrell Shepherd. Their surnames look alike, and they both spend a lot of time boating on the lake!
